The State Bar of California Lawyer Assistance Program, in collaboration with the D.C. Bar Lawyer Assistance Program, the Mindfulness in Law Society (MILS) and the California Lawyers Association (CLA), invites legal professionals to a Spring Mindfulness Series, a three-part program designed to enhance well-being, resilience, and focus through mindfulness-based practices.

This series brings together experts in attorney well-being, mindfulness, and holistic practices to introduce powerful tools for managing stress, improving focus, and fostering balance in the legal profession. Participants will explore foundational mindfulness techniques, learn strategies to support attention and emotional regulation, and engage in restorative practices to cultivate resilience.

Through interactive discussions and guided exercises, attendees will gain practical skills to integrate mindfulness into their daily routines, helping them navigate the unique demands of legal practice with greater clarity, awareness, and ease. Whether you are new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this series offers a supportive space to explore techniques that promote both personal and professional well-being.

Please take special note of the Wednesday, April 9 @ 12 noon PT session focusing on Mindfulness Practices to Support Legal Professionals with ADHD.

Join us for one, two, or all three sessions and discover how mindfulness can support your success and well-being in the legal profession.

Note: you will need a Zoom account to register for and attend each session.
